David Lynch has been practicing TM for over 40 years.

“I started Transcendental Meditation in 1973 and have not missed a single meditation since. Twice a day, every day. This gave me easy access to unlimited reserves of energy, creativity and happiness in the depths. This standard of living is sometimes called "pure consciousness" - a treasure trove. And this standard of living is deep inside us.

But I had no idea how powerful and profound this technique could be until I saw firsthand how it was practiced by young children in urban schools, veterans of post-traumatic stress disorder, and women and girls who are victims of terrible violence. TM, in a word, changes lives forever. David Lynch.

"In 2005, we established the David Lynch Foundation for Consciousness and Peace Education around the world so that every child anywhere in the world who wants to learn to meditate can do so. The Foundation is currently actively teaching Transcendental Meditation for Adults and Children in all countries.

How can we do that? Because of the generosity of foundations and philanthropists and ordinary people who want to alleviate the suffering of others and who want to help create a better world.

If you're not meditating yet, here's my advice: Get started. It will be the best decision you have ever made. "

David Lynch, Oscar-winning film director, photographer, artist

David Lynch wrote a book, How to Catch a Big Fish. In this book, he describes his experience in obtaining and implementing creative ideas based on transcendence. I advise everyone to read this book or listen to the audio version.
